履带轮式装载机转向性能仿真与实验研究

摘    要:介绍了履带轮结构的基本组成以及其转向、行驶原理;建立了履带轮式装载机的虚拟样机模型,对履带轮式装载机的转向性能进行了仿真研究,证明了装载机更换履带轮后基本不影响原车的转向性能;最后进行了实验,验证了仿真结果以及虚拟样机模型的正确性。履带轮转换技术的应用既能较好的保持原车的机动性,又能提高车辆在一些特殊环境下的通过性能,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic composing, Steering theory and running theory are introduced. Then the virtual prototype of the shovel loader with four tracks was established and the simulation study is carried out, which proves that after changing the tires into tracks, the steering qualities of the shovel loader was nearly keep the same. In the end, the experiment was done to validate the correctness of the virtual prototype. As the track conversion technology can not only keep the former vehicle's maneuverability, but also greatly improve the vehicle's passing ability, it has great popularize and application value.
