永磁直线同步电机的双滑模观测器的设计

摘    要:针对永磁同步直线驱动系统中存在双时间尺度特性,利用奇异摄动理论将永磁直线驱动系统分解成快变、慢变子系统,对快、慢变子系统分别设计了滑模位置观测器和滑模速度观测器。通过这两个观测器可以只利用便于测量的定子电流和电压来估计永磁直线同步电动机的磁极位置和线速度,消除了传统上使用位置和速度传感器所带来的诸多不利。仿真结果表明,所设计的双滑模观测器不仅能准确地估计磁极位置和线速度,实现无传感器控制,而且在系统模型存在不确定性和测量噪声时仍具有较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Aim at two-time-scale characteristic which exist in PMLSM linear drive system.The singular perturbation approach is applied to decompose the linear drive system model into fast and slow electrical subsystems.The two electrical subsystem models are applied to construct sliding mode position and speed estimators respectively.The pole position and linear speed of motor can be estimated by the observers with stator currents and voltages.Many disadvantages can be eliminated by the reason with traditional position and speed sensor.The simulation results show that the proposed observer can not only estimate pole position and speed accurately to realize sensorless control,but also be of strong robust performance to disturbances including model uncertainty and measurement noises.
