| 摘 要： | 目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在浸润性导管癌组织中的表达与癌组织生物学行为之间的关系。方法运用原位分子杂交技术对39例26～45岁中青年乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中survivin基因表达进行检测，观察survivin的表达与肿瘤的大小、肿瘤的组织学分级、肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、神经周浸润等之间的关系。结果Survivin的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤的大小无明显关系，与神经周浸润之间呈正相关。结论凋亡抑制蛋白survivin可能在乳腺癌的早期发生中有重要作用，在肿瘤的发展中作用不太大，可视为乳腺癌的诊断指标之一。
