介孔ZSM-5沸石的制备及在2-甲基萘甲基化反应中的应用

摘    要:以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为硅烷偶联剂,采用硅烷化晶种法制备介孔ZSM-5沸石,并利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,APTES硅烷化晶种法可以合成出具有介孔结构的纯相ZSM-5沸石,该样品为由若干纳米晶粒团聚而成的粒径300~500 nm的球形颗粒,并且可以通过调变APTES加入量来调节ZSM-5沸石的晶粒尺寸及其孔道结构。该介孔ZSM-5沸石催化剂用于2-甲基萘(2-MN)与甲醇烷基化生成2,6-二甲基萘反应中, 2-MN初始转化率为40%(而未加APTES者仅为30%),反应至10 h,2-MN转化率仍可达32%(而未加APTES者已降至16%)。

Abstract:Mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by seed silanization with (γ-aminopropyl)-triethoxysilane (APTES) as the silylating agent, and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD. The results showed that the ZSM-5 zeolite with mesoporous structure could be obtained by using this synthesis method. The mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite possessed the crystal morphology with the average particle size in the range of 300~500 nm, which was aggregated by nanocrystals. The crystal size and pore structure of the zeolite could be tuned by varying the amount of APTES in zeolite synthesis. The initial 2-MN conversion of 2-methylnaphthalene methylation with methanol to produce 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene over the mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite was 40% (30% for non-APTES zeolite). Within 10 h of reaction, the 2-MN conversion was still 32% (16% for non-APTES zeolite).
