Abstract:At present,teachers' participation in the curriculum development has become a tendency in the revolution of elementary educational courses.This essay makes a deep analysis of the theoretical background of the teachers' participation in the curriculum development,and discusses the realistic meaning of the teachers' participation in the curriculum development from the perspectives of the development of the teachers,curriculum and the students.
