广西血吸虫病十年监测分析

目的探索近十年广西新发现的残存钉螺的分布特点及流动人口血吸虫病感染情况，为血吸虫病防治提供科学依据。方法根据查到残存钉螺年份长短将广西原血吸虫病钉螺孳生地分成三类，针对不同螺区分类，对原螺区及毗邻地区采用不同的监测方案。结合血清学方法及粪便检查方法，抽样检查当地居地、原血吸虫病人及流动人口的监测检查工作，对监测结果进行考核。结果近十年来，广西发现5处残存螺点，分别位于玉林、靖西、宜州、横县等地，其中隶属南宁市辖区的横县发现残存钉螺2处。广西未发现本地血吸虫病人，流动人口监测过程中发现输入性病例23例，病人分别来自湖北、湖南、江西和安徽4省，除2例为女性外，其余均为男性。职业则以干部、商人、民工（农民）、学生及武警新兵为主。结论广西虽然保持阻断传播标准的成果，但由于不断新发现残存钉螺及输入性血吸虫病例，广西仍然面临血吸虫病的威胁。

Ten Years Monitoring of Schistosomiasis in Guangxi

Objective To evaluate the endemic situation of Oncomelania hupensis and the infected people in the mobile population in the past 10 years, for designing the prevention and control strategy on schistosomiasis in Guangxi Zbuang Autonomous Region. Method According to origin and the number of residual Oncomelania hupensis in Guangxi, the endemic areas were divided into three categories. Different monitoring programs were applied to these areas. Serological tests and pathological examination were performed and analyzed. Result Oncomelania hupensis was found 5 various areas in Yulin, Jingxi, Yizhou and Hengxian counties in the past 10 years. 2 areas in Nanning city area were found to have Oncomelania hupensis. No local case was found. 23 patients were from the mobile population from Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces. Most of patients were cadres, businessmen, migrant workers, students and police recruits. Conclusion Although local case of schistosomasis was not found in Guangxi, residents living in Guangxi are still facing the infection due to the remaining parasites and imported cases.
