电液伺服阀阀套组件装配应力有限元分析

摘    要:利用非线性有限元软件MARC对某力反馈电液伺服阀阀套组件装配应力进行有限元仿真计算,采用动态和静态两种有限元接触分析方法,分别模拟过盈装配的压力压装和温差组装两种组装方法。分析了压装过程中阀套装配应力随时间变化过程,配合过盈量、回油阻尼孔件最终安装位置对接触应力的影响,以及阀套受装配应力影响最大的3个部位。结果对减小阀套应力变形、改进加工和装配工艺具有参考意义。
