2005～2007年我院门诊抗乙型肝炎病毒药使用分析

目的：调查分析我院2005～2007年门诊药房慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒药的使用情况及趋势,为临床合理使用抗病毒药提供参考。方法：对2005～2007年门诊干扰素类和核苷（酸）类似物抗病毒药的销售数量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、患者使用率等进行统计分析。结果：干扰素和核苷（酸）类似物的销售数量、金额、DDDs、患者使用率等呈逐年上升趋势。结论：慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的重要性正逐渐被医生及患者所接受。我院抗乙型肝炎病毒药应用基本合理,耐受性好、不良反应少、用药依从性高的核苷（酸）类似物在临床应用中占优势。

Outpatient Utilization of Anti - Hepatitis B Virus Drugs in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2007

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the status quo and tendency of the application of anti - hepatitis B virus drugs in outpatients in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of anti - viral drugs. METHODS： The consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, and the rate of patients receiving interferon and nucleotide analogue from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, and the rate of patients receiving interferon and nucleotide analogue from 2005 to 2007 all increased year by year. CONCLUSION： The importance of anti - virus therapy for the hepatitis B patients has been gradually accepted by clinicians. The utilization of anti - hepatitis B virus drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole, and these drugs are tolerable in patients and they have few side - effects, and the highly compliant nucleotide analogue assuming a predominant place in clinical application.
