| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,为校园隐性文化建设提供了新的契机,通过对校园隐性文化的内涵、性质、特征及其功能的研究,能够使我们更清楚地认识到当今校园隐性文化建设的重要意义,及其在校园文化建设中所起到的"潜移默化"的作用,进而引起对构建和谐校园的深度思考,有利于广大学校又好又快健康有序地发展。
