| 摘 要： | 为消除渗出性皮炎对仔猪的危害,对发生该病的病死仔猪进行细菌分离培养。通过革兰氏染色、生化试验与16SrDNA基因序列同源性分析鉴定:分离出的两株细菌为猪葡萄球菌和松鼠葡萄球菌。猪葡萄球菌和松鼠葡萄球菌能分别产生表皮脱落毒素ExhB和ExhC,表明这两株葡萄球菌都有致病力。猪葡萄球菌和松鼠葡萄球菌均对头孢菌素Ⅰ类(先锋霉素Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)、头孢噻肟和丁胺卡那敏感,在临床上可选择这些药物预防和治疗该病。 |
