小型加氢反应装置的设计和应用

根据石油树脂加氢的特点设计制作了一套小型气-液-固中压固定床加氢反应装置,进行加氢工艺条件的考察和加氢催化剂的筛选、评价等。介绍了装置的主要技术指标、工艺流程及控制系统,对C5/C9共聚石油树脂进行加氢应用研究,确定了加氢工艺条件和最佳催化剂,制得了高质量的浅色氢化石油树脂。

Design and Application of Minitype Hydrotreating Unit

Based on the features of hydrotreating petroleum resins,a suit of minitype gas-liquid-solid middle pressure fixed-bed hydrotreating unit was designed and prepared.It could be used for examining the crafts of hydrotreating,sieving and evaluating hydrotreating catalysts.This article reports the main technique indexes,the flow of crafts and control system.This unit had been used to do some investigations on the hydrotreating C5/C9 petroleum resins,confirming the conditions of crafts,selecting the optimal catalysts and hydrogenated petroleum resins.
