摘    要:对帘线钢各生产工序的氮含量进行了分析,提出了转炉工序采用高拉碳一次点吹、高碳出钢、降低炉后增碳剂的使用量等措施;LF精炼工序采用弱脱氧,降低搅拌氩气量,采用大渣量,造泡沫渣,VD控制保压时间和氩气量等措施;合理控制长水口密封吹氩量,使钢包到中间包的增氮量控制在0.0005%。采取合理的措施后,帘线钢成品氮含量达0.0035%以下。

Abstract:This article analyzes nitride contents in the whole production operations for tire core steel and puts forward a series of measures for converter and LF refining operation, such as blowing oxygen once and tapping with high carbon content, reducing consumption of recarbonizer following converter operation and deoxidizing slightly, decreasing argon contents for stirring, adopting slag bulk in large, forming foamed slag, controlling constant pressure time and argon content. As a result, nitride content increased from ladle to tundish is kept at 0.0005% by reasonably controlling blowing argon contents located at stockel sealing and can be decreased to below 0.0035% after adopting effective measures.
