摘    要:目的建立快速可靠HPLC高效液相色谱法检验氟苯咪唑原料药中溶剂乙酸残留量。方法采用高效液相色谱法法,Agilent ZORBAX SB—C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,采用梯度洗脱的方法,A泵流动相:磷酸溶液(0.7mL磷酸于1000mL水中,用1mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液调PH为3.0)-色谱甲醇=950:50,B泵流动相为色谱甲醇;检测波长采用210nm;流速设定为1.2mL·min-1。结果乙酸在2.5~1014.9μg·mL-1的范围内线性良好(r=0.99999,n=6),回收率为99.2%,精密度RSD=1.1%。结论该本方法快速,简便,准确,能满足氟苯咪唑原料药中乙酸残留测定的需要。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of acetic acid in Flubendazole, METHODS HPLC with Agilent ZORBOX SB-C18 column(4.6×250mm, 5μm) the mobile phase consisted of (h)0.07%(mL·mL-1) phosphoric acid (adjusted with 1mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide to pH3.0)-methano1=950:50, (B) methanol; The detection wavelength was 210nm; The flow rate 1.2 mL·min-1. RESULTS A good linear relationship was 2.5-1014.9μg·mL-1(r=0. 99999, n=6), The recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD=1.1%. CONCLUSION The proposed method was sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used for the determination of acetic acid residue in Flubendazole.
