阴茎脱套矫治术治疗隐匿阴茎的临床观察

目的探讨矫治隐匿阴茎简单有效并减少并发症的方法。方法对隐匿阴茎患者33例（年龄为3~23岁）,采用阴茎脱套,切除变性的肉膜组织,30例（占90%）行阴茎根部皮肤与海绵体白膜的固定。将原来脱套的阴茎皮肤矫型复位,术后加压包扎。结果 1例因肥胖儿未行固定引起术后阴茎回缩,再次手术治愈;其余所有病例疗效均满意。3例患儿术后发生较重的包皮水肿,3~4月内均恢复正常。结论阴茎脱套矫治术对隐匿阴茎疗效满意,且操作简单、安全,并发症少;也适用于包皮不充足的隐匿阴茎。

Clinical observation of foreskin - deglove for correction of concealed penis
