经典抗精神病药物对分裂症患者血脂代谢的影响

目的:探讨经典抗精神病药物对分裂症患者血脂代谢的影响。方法:随机抽取78例分裂症患者的住院资料,治疗开始及结束分别查血脂(包括:胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B)。结果:治疗前氯丙嗪、奋乃静、氟哌啶醇、舒必利四种药物组间的各血脂指标无统计学差异(P0.05);治疗后各药物组间各血脂指标间除ApoA治疗后组间有差异(P0.05),氯丙嗪组高于奋乃静(P0.01),其余无统计学差异;治疗后氯丙嗪组的TG治疗后升高(P0.01),奋乃静组的TC、HDL、ApoA治疗后降低(分别:P0.01,P0.05,P0.01),氟哌啶醇组和舒必利组治疗后HDL降低(分别:P0.05,P0.01)。结论:经典抗精神病药物治疗分裂症时对血脂有影响,氯丙嗪会升高甘油三酯,奋乃静降低胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A,氟哌啶醇和舒必利可以降低高密度脂蛋白。

Effects of Coventional Antipsychotics on Blood Lipid in Schizophrenia
