| 摘 要： | 目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子（rhEGF）在烧伤后慢性溃疡创面应用后的临床效果。方法选择2006年1月至2010年12月就诊的烧伤后慢性溃疡创面68例,随机分成rhEGF治疗组和非rhEGF治疗组,rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用rhEGF,非rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用生理盐水,其他处理措施两组完全相同。观察创面变化、创面愈合时间及创面局部和全身的不良反应。结果两组治疗方法比较,rhEGF治疗组创面愈合时间明显提前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,rhEGF应用后无不良反应发生。结论创面局部应用rhEGF可促进烧伤后慢性溃疡创面愈合。
