摘    要:为研究立方氮化硼(CBN)的品种对其热稳定性的影响,选用不同品种、同一粒度的CBN晶体,观察其形貌并进行TG-DTA测试,分析不同颜色CBN晶体和相同颜色、不同品种CBN晶体的热稳定性并探讨CBN晶体的耐热机制。结果表明:随CBN晶体颜色的加深,其热稳定性提高;随CBN晶体规则程度和TI/TTI值提高,其热稳定性也升高。

Abstract:To study the influence of CBN type on its thermal stability, different CBNs were studied using SEM and TG-DTA.Analysis on the thermal stability of CBN crystals of different colors or types were implemented to investigate the mechanism of CBN heat resistance.The results show that CBN thermal stability increases as its color goes dark;and that it increases with the increase of regularity and TI/TTI value.
