心血管病合并甲状腺功能减退患者的术后处理体会

目的：回顾总结心血管疾病合并甲状腺功能减退术后临床特点及术后处理。方法：对2例心血管病合并甲减的病例特点进行回顾分析，总结治疗经验及教训。结果：2例患者虽然病程均有所迁延但经过优甲乐治疗后均治愈出院。结论：对于心血管病合并甲减的患者早期发现甲状腺素水平异常，早期给予替代治疗，可以提高治疗成功率，保证患者围手术期安全。

Cardiovascular disease combined with hypothyroidism in patients with postoperative treatment

Objective： To review summary of cardiovascular disease with clinical features of thyroid dysfunction after surgery and postoperative treatment. Methods：Two cases of cardiovascular disease associated with the characteristics of cases of hypothyroidism were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the treatment experience and lessons learned. Results： 2 patients despite the prolonged course of disease have been euthyrox but were discharged after treatment. Conclusion：For patients with cardiovascular disease combined with hypothyroidism, early detection of abnormal levels of thyroid hormone, given early replacement therapy can improve treatment success rates, to ensure safety of patients in the perioperative period.
