摘    要:通过工程实践证明,旧水泥混凝土路面使用冲击压路机打裂后加铺沥青面层,可以有效地减少加铺层内反射裂缝的产生和发展,但该技术防反射裂缝的作用机理还不是很明确.本文以HB-XD高速公路改造工程为背景,应用ANSYS有限元方法建立分析模型,在研究反射裂缝扩展模式的基础上,研究冲击后碎块对沥青加铺层的应力响应,从而揭示冲击碾压技术能够有效减少反射裂缝、减小车辆荷载应力、温度应力等的原因.

Abstract:Practice has proved that through the project,the old cement concrete pavement after the impact roller cracked asphalt surface overlay,can effectively reduce the overlay layer and thedevelopment of reflective cracks,but the technology anti-reflective cracking mechanism is not very clear.In this paper,HB-XD Highway renovation project as the background,the application of ANSYS finite element method model of reflective crack propagation model in the study on the basis of fragments after the impact of asphalt overlay on the stress response,which reveals the impact rolling Technology can effectively reduce the reflective cracking,reduce the vehicle load stress,temperature stress and other reasons.
