电网调控模型中心体系架构与关键技术

摘    要:传统的电网模型维护与共享方法已不能满足当前特高压互联大电网环境下各类分析应用对电网模型质量的要求。文中提出面向服务的电网调控模型中心体系架构,设计了模型中心架构下的模型维护流程。在此基础上,研究了源端透明维护、一致性提交、维护权限控制、模型按需定制等关键技术,实现电网模型源端分责维护、云端统一存储和全网按需共享。所开发电网调控模型中心系统已在多个省级电网调控中心推广,应用结果表明,所提方案可提高多级调控机构之间模型参数的一致性、准确性和模型交互共享的实时性。

Abstract:The traditional maintenance and sharing method for power grid model cannot meet the requirements of various types of analysis application to power grid model quality in current ultra-high-voltage(UHV)interconnected large grid situation. A service-oriented model center architecture for power grid dispatching and control is proposed, and a model maintenance process under the model center architecture is designed. On this basis, the source side transparent maintenance, consistency commitment, maintenance authority control, model on-demand synchronization and other key technologies are implemented. The proposed power grid control model center system has been applied to a number of provincial power grid control centers. The application results show that the proposed solution can improve the consistency and accuracy of model parameters and the realism of model interaction among multi-level dispatching and control centers.
