| 摘 要： | 目的:观察具有免疫抑制作用的CD4+CD25+T细胞的数量以及相关因素雌激素与妊娠期高血压病子痫前期发生的关系。方法:流式细胞技术分析,测定CD4+CD25+T细胞的数量,放射免疫测定血清雌激素。结果:妊娠期高血压病子痫前期患者,其CD4+CD25+T细胞的数量减少,且血雌三醇水平有不同程度的降低。结论:①CD4+CD25+T细胞数量的改变在妊娠期高血压病的发病机制中起重要的作用。②雌激素能帮助维持免疫耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the numbers of immunosuppression CD4+CD25+ T lymphocytes,estrogen level and preeclampsia of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods Numbers of CD4+CD25+ T lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry.Estrogen level of blood serum were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results Numbers of CD4+CD25+ T lymphocytes were reduced,and the estriol level of blood serum were decreased in different degree in preeclampsia of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Conclusion Changes of the numbers of CD4+CD25+ T lymphocytes act an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy;Estrogen could help to maintain the immune tolerance. |
