| 摘 要： | 胃癌是威胁生命健康的最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其预后与分期关系密切,进展期胃癌预后很差,早期胃癌（EGC）预后较好,EGC的5年生存率高于进展期胃癌,因此,降低胃癌的死亡率的关键在于提高EGC的诊断率。各种内镜技术的出现使EGC的检出率不断提高,本研究将对EGC内镜诊断技术的进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor threatening life health,its prognosis is closely related with the stage,prognosis of advanced gastric cancer is poor,prognosis of early gastric cancer（EGC） is good,5 years survival rate of advanced gastric cancer was higher than that of EGC,therefore,the key of reducing the death rate of gastric cancer is improve the diagnostic rate of EGC.The emergence of various endoscopic techniques makes the detection rate of EGC increase continuously,this research will do a review of advances in endoscopic diagnosis technology of EGC. |
