酒泉钢铁厂1号高炉第三代炉体破损原因调查——炉体内部矿物组成特征

摘    要:酒泉钢铁厂1号高炉于停炉大修期间,对炉内物质进行了系统的取样和分析,研究了其中的矿物组成、显微结构特点及有害元素赋存状态,认为主要有害元素为钾和锌,钾形成碳酸钾、硅酸钾、钾霞石等,锌形成红锌矿、锌尖晶石和金属锌等,碱金属侵蚀导致炉衬强度降低甚至破损,锌蒸气渗入炉体可加速炉体的破损。建议优化冶炼工艺制度,提高炉渣排碱能力,控制含锌原料入炉。

Abstract:Jiugang No.1 blast furnace was rebuilt for the third time in 1998.Taking this advantage, many samples were collected from the blast furnace for investigating and studying the relations between the mineral composition and the breakage of furnace body and 1iner. With optical microscope, X ray diffraction and electron probe, these samples were studied for their mineral composition,microstructural characteristics and structures, and for their existing forms of useful or harmful elements.The results are helpful for analyzing the mechanisms of furnace body breaking. The results indicated that harmful elements such as potassium and zincite exist in the form of potassium carbonate, potassium silicate,kaliophilite,zincite, spinel and zincite metal, and the useful element titanium in the form of titallium nitride, titamium carbonide, titanium nitride carbonite of solid solution and perackite.According to the technological mineralogy data, it is believed that the erosion of alkali metals is one of the key factors leading to lowering of liner strength, even breaking, and steam zincite seeping into the liner also is able to accelerate breaking of the body.Therefore, it is suggested that the technological process of smelting ought to be optimized further, discharging alkali ability of the slay ought to be raised,and raw materials containing zincite must be brought under control.
