| 摘 要： | 目的观察步长龙生蛭胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效及对患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将82例脑梗死患者随机分成2组。对照组40例在常规抗血小板聚集、脱水降颅压基础上,给予丹红注射液30 mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉点滴,1次/d。治疗组42例在对照组基础上加服步长龙生蛭胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。分别于治疗前和治疗后14 d检测2组血清hs-CRP水平,并进行神经功能缺损评分(CSS)评定。结果治疗后治疗组hs-CRP水平和CSS评分均明显低于对照组。结论步长龙生蛭胶囊能够抑制炎症反应,降低血清hs-CRP浓度及改善脑梗死患者的预后。
