| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氨溴索雾化吸入痰液标本采集法和常规痰液标本采集法对下呼吸道感染性疾病患者焦虑心理的影响.方法 将230例下呼吸道感染性疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各115例.入院后次日清晨,观察组采用氨溴索雾化吸入后咳嗽排痰,对照组采用常规用力深咳嗽排痰.采用焦虑自评量表及自设认知因素调查问卷,在采集痰液标本后和报告痰液标本培养结果后2个时间点对两组进行调查.结果 230例患者有5个认知因素与焦虑正相关,包括担心用力咳嗽排痰损伤肺部、担心痰液不符合培养要求、担心疾病无法治愈、担心药物损害身体和担心医疗费用增加(r为0.665～0.753,P＜0.01).观察组在2个时间点的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.01),而且5个认知因素得分也低于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 氨溴索雾化吸入痰液标本采集法有利于减轻下呼吸道感染性疾病患者的焦虑.
