摘    要:<正> 众所周知,用原子吸收光谱法测定食品中的微量元素,简单、快速、灵敏、精确,相形之下,样品的前处理操作就显得特别麻烦了。为使原子吸收法能适应大批样品的常规检测,我们认为应从二方面着手,一方面开发较为简便的前处理方法,另一方面考虑充分利用每一份前处理好的样品,即尽可能在一份样品中同时测定几种元素,本研究的主要目的就在于


Simultaneous Determination of Manganese,Cobalt, Nickel,Lead, Cadmium and Tin in Canned Foods and Infant Foods by Stabilized Temperature Platform Furnace-Atomic Absorption Spec-trophotometry
Abstract:A direct flameless atomic absorption method with stabilized temperature platform and zirconium coated graphite furnace is described for determination of Mn,Co,Ni,Pb, Cd and Sn in canned foods and infant foods.The sample is treated in a Teflon pressure digester using nitric acid,and diluted with deionized water,then injected directly o-nto the platform,and various matrix modifiers is added simultaneously .In the presence of the matrix modifiers the char temperature for Mn,Co,and Pb can be raised and the interferences caused by sample matrices are greatly reduced.The procedure is simplified and can be analysed six elements in one sample's solution.This method is sucessfu- lly used for the varios canned and infant food samples.The limit of quantitative determination of the Mn,Co.,Ni,Pb,Cd and Sn in one gram is 0.008,0.03,0.055.0.02.0.001 and 0.05 ppm respectively,the reproducibility of the determination is excellent.the relative standard deviation of these elements determination is 3.9-7.8,2.0,2.2-9.1,1.2-9.8,6.1-7.7 and 1.4-8.0% respectively, recovery is 99.5+7 .9,92.8±5-4,103±7.7,103±11.90.2±5.3 and 107±8.6% respectively. Results for these six elements in NBS reference materials determinated by suggeseted method showed satisfactory agreement with the certified ralues.
