大鼠背根神经节细胞一氧化氮合酶与乙酰胆碱酯酶共存的组化研究

摘    要:用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷磷酸黄递酶反应,结合乙酰胆碱酯酶组化技术,观察了SD大鼠背根神经节。发现背根神经节内存在有三种不同染色的神经元。(1)单染AChE阳性神经元;(2)NADPH-d与AChE双染色神经元;(3)少数两种酶反应均为阴性神经元。其中双染神经元胞质内含有蓝色和棕色两种颗粒。这证明背根节内大多数神经元是NADPH-d与AChE共存。提示背根节内存在的NADBH-d与AChE双染的神经元可能与痛感知传递有关。

Abstract:By means of Combining NADPH-d with AChE histochemical technique, We studied the ganglionic neurons in SD rats dorsal root. Three different kinds of stained neurons positive, AChE, double-stained NADPH-d and AChE, and negative enzyme reaction cells were found. There were blue and brown granules in tne double-stained neuron cytoplasm. It was showed that NADPH-d and AChE Coexisted in most of the neurons in the dorsal root ganglion, which suggests that NADPH-d and AChE, double-stained neurons, may be related to transmission of pain sensation.
