手术室护士工作满意度调查分析

目的调查手术室护士的工作满意度，为手术室护理人力资源管理提供依据。方法应用护士工作满意度量表对新乡地区三级甲等医院102名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士在工作条件、同事、工作的稳定性3个条目满意度较高；在所承担的职责、护士的收入、工作时数3个条目满意度较低。结论应根据手术室护士的工作满意程度及影响因素，进行针对性管理，提高护士工作积极性及护理质量。

Investigation and analysis of job satisfaction of operating room nurses

Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of the operating room nurses, so as to provide references for human resources management of nurs- ing. Methods A total of 102 operating room nurses from 3 A - level hospitals in Xinxiang were investigated with the Nurses＇Job Satisfaction Scale. Results The overall satisfaction rates were higher in working conditions, colleagues and the stability of work and lower in responsibilities taken, working incomes and working time. Conclusion Managers should carry out specific management to improve the positivity of nurses and nursing quality according to the job satisfaction and in- fluencing factors of operating room nurses.
