摘    要:为了研究履带车辆磁流变减振器阻尼力的特性,通过理论分析得到MRF减振器的阻尼力模型,并在自行研制的实验台架上进行测试,对阻尼力—位移,阻尼力—电流,阻尼力—速度之间的关系进行研究,在给定的速度用理论模型对MRFD的阻尼力进行预测。实验结果表明,理论模型与实验数据相吻合,阻尼力可调倍数达到3.5倍。

Abstract:An MRFD force model is established for damper force characteristic investigation through theoretical analysis. Force characteristic of MRFD was studied experimentally in self-made testing equipment. The relationships between force and displacement, force and current, force and velocity were tested. The damper force of MRFD for a given velocity is predicted by the theoretical model. The experiment results show that the theoretical model and the experimental data are in agreement, and the damping coefficient can reach 3.5.
