| 摘 要： | 为培养跨世纪的“四有”人才，实现教育“三个面向”的宏伟目标，本文认为要提高体育教学效率，必须以素质教育为前提，优化体育教法和学法指导。同时对师生提出了优化体育教学的新要求，以及实现优化体育教法与加强学法指导的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In Order to develop the qualified persons and realize the three Great Goals in the turn of the century, this paper thinks we should aim at quality education. ho, we have to oPtimize sports teaching methane and studying methods throughout the teaching process. In addition, the author also provides some new demands and some new measures which optimize sports teaching and enhance the instruction in studying methods. |
