| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性乙型肝炎患者不遵从医嘱行为及相关因素，以采取相应护理措施，提高其治疗效果。方法对本院感染科360例慢性乙型肝炎患者的基本情况及遵医行为进行调查分析。结果有140例患者未能遵医嘱服药、饮食、戒酒、休息、保持情绪稳定等，占调查总数的38．9％。其中，小学及以下文化程度，对痰病不了解，经济收入低，多次住院不遵从医嘱行为人数构成比高，与其他人群比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；年龄45岁以下不遵从医嘱行为人数构成比明显升高，与45岁以上人群比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；男女性别不遵从医嘱行为人数构成比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论年龄因素、文化程度低、经济收入低、多次住院及对疾病不了解是不遵从医嘱行为的主要因素。护理人员应根据患者的具体情况采取有针对性的护理措施。
