| 摘 要： | 目的：应用局部皮瓣法行上下眼睑皮肤缺损修复，方法：于眶外侧形成皮下蒂皮瓣转移修复上下眼睑皮肤缺损，结果：手术20例，皮瓣全部成活，效果满意。结论：本术式对较大面积眼睑皮脸缺损的修复，简单实用，易于掌握，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Obejective To introduce a new method of eyelid reconstruction. Methods The upper or lower eyelid skin defect were reconstructed with the horisontal temporal subcutaneous pedicle skin flap. Results The op- erative results of twenty patients were satisfactory. Conclnsion This method is more simple, practical and easy than traditional way, large area eyelid skin defect can be repaired with this method. |
