益肾镇肝汤治疗肝阳上亢型后循环缺血30例

目的:观察益肾镇肝汤治疗肝阳上亢型后循环缺血的临床疗效及对高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法:将60例患者随机均分对照组、观察组各30例,2组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组加用益肾镇肝汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均于连续治疗2周后观察hs-CRP、ESR、Hcy等指标及临床疗效。结果:2组hs-CRP、ESR、Hcy治疗后均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组下降程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率观察组为86.67%,对照组为76.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。头晕、头目胀痛、失眠、口苦等中医证候治疗有效率观察组均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益肾镇肝汤治疗肝阳上亢型后循环缺血的临床疗效显著,且可改善hs-CRP、ESR、Hcy等指标。

YiShen ZhenGan Tangin the Treatment for 30 Cases of Posterior Circulation Ischemia of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Pattern

Objective: To survey clinical effects of YiShen ZhenGan Tang in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia of liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern, and its influence on high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), ESR and Hcy. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each group, both groups accepted the therapy of western medicine, the observation group took YiShen ZhenGan Tang, one dose per day, water decocted. Clinical effects and the indexes including hs-CRP, ESR, Hcy and others were observed when both groups were treated for two weeks consecutively. Results: The levels of hs-CRP, ESR and Hcy decreased notably in both groups after treating, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05); the decrease of the observation group was larger than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in therapeutic effective rate of TCM symptoms such as dizziness, distention and pain of the head and eyes, insomnia, bitter taste and others, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:YiShen ZhenGan Tangcould obtain notable effects in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia of liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern, and it could improve hs-CRP, ESR, Hcy and others.
