普通病房机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的疗效及护理

摘    要:目的:探讨普通病房呼吸衰竭患者使用机械通气治疗的效果及护理要点。方法:回顾性分析42例呼吸衰竭患者机械通气前及通气后第3天的心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血气分析指标及给予的护理措施。结果:42例呼吸衰竭患者使用有创机械通气17例,无创机械通气25例,无机械通气相关并发症发生。机械通气治疗及护理后第3天有创组与无创组患者HR、RR及血气分析指标与治疗前比较均明显改善,HR、RR、Pa CO2明显降低,Pa O2、Sa O2均升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:普通病房有创和无创机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭疗效均满意,临床护士应严密监护患者病情变化及提供专业、个性化的护理,才能减少机械通气相关并发症,提高患者对治疗的依从性及抢救的成功率。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the key points of nursing and the effects of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure of the patients in general ward. Methods:Heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), the indexes of blood gas analysis and the given nursing measures of 42 patients with respiratory failure were retrospec-tively analyzed before mechanical ventilation and in three days after mechanical ventilation. Results:There were 17 cases using traumatic mechanical ventilation and 25 cases using non-traumatic mechanical ventilation among 42 pa-tients with respiratory failure. HR, RR and the indexes of blood gas analysis in both groups improved in three days after mechanical ventilation and the nursing compared with before treating obviously, HR, RR and PaCO2 lowered obviously, PaO2 and SaO2 raised, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical effects of traumatic and non-traumatic mechanical ventilation in treating respiratory failure in general ward are satisfying, clin-ical nurses should monitor disease changes of the patients closely and provide professional and individualized nurs-ing, therefore, to reduce mechanical ventilation-related complications and raise therapeutic compliance and rescue success rate.
