摘    要:研究核心刚性的本质及其量化分析问题.首先从价值的角度将核心刚性界定为核心能力价值非有效性的程度;然后通过对核心能力价值与顾客价值之间的偏离程度的计算,准确描述和分析核心刚性;最后通过对核心刚性产生原因的分析,探讨避免和克服核心刚性的途径和方法.

Abstract:The nature and the quantitative analysis problems of core rigidities of enterprise are investigated. Firstly, core rigidities are defined as the degree of non-efficiency of the core capability value from the value angle. Then, by calculating the degree that core capability value deviates from the customer value, the degree of the core rigidities of enterprise is described and analyzed exactly. Finally, an approach of averting and surmounting the core rigidities is proposed based on analyzing the factors.
