摘    要:采用高压电场强化技术,结合相转化法制备荷电超滤膜。添加剂、溶剂与膜材料分别为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K30)、N–甲基–2–吡咯烷酮(NMP)与聚砜(PSF),主要对膜分离性能受到高分子聚合物质量分数、凝固浴温度、电场强度等因素的影响进行了研究与分析。结果表明,高压电场强化不会改变膜的微观结构,但会影响膜的分离性能。实验得到最佳制膜条件:PSF质量分数为20%,PVP K30含量为6%,凝固浴温度为30℃,高压电场强化时间为40 s,电场强度为3 kV,此时,膜的分离性能达到最佳,膜的水通量为166 L/(m2·h),截留率为93.3%。

Abstract:The charged ultrafiltration(UF)membranes were prepared by an external high voltage electric enhancing method via phase inversion technique.Polysulfone(PSF)was used as raw material,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)was used as solvent,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP K30)was chosen as additive,respectively.The effects of the composition of the casting solutions,bath temperature and electric field intensity on the separation performance were investigated.The results show that high voltage electric field does not change the microstructure of membranes,but affect the separation performance of the membrane.When the PSF content is 20%and the amount of PVP K30 is 6%,the bath temperature is 30℃,enhancing time of electric field is 40 s,and the electrostatic field intensity is 3 kV,the average water flux and the average rejection rate of the ultrafiltration membrane are 166 L/(m2·h),93.3%,respectively.
