摘    要:某QLG1500-40型滚筒式混匀取料机存在驱动装置受到较大振动冲击、减速器高速轴断裂等故障,为了探究其原因,对设备进行了三维实体建模和受力分析。将取料机料耙的行走和驱动装置等效简化为对心曲柄滑块机构,并用MATLAB/Simulink环境中的SimMechanics工具箱进行了机构建模和仿真分析。分析表明,机构偏载造成了行走小车在往复运动时受到巨大的行走阻力,当运动换向时,行走阻力发生方向突变而形成巨大冲击载荷,造成设备周期性振动冲击故障。

Abstract:In view of failures of a QLG1500-40 drum type blending reclaimer such as huge vibration impact of driving device and breaking of high speed shaft of the reducer,the paper built a 3D solid model and carry out the force analysis.The driving and moving device of the claw of the blending reclaimer were equivalently simplified as a centric slider-crank mechanism,and SimMechanics toolbox was used in MATLAB/Simulink environment to build the model and conduct the simulation and analysis.The analysis results showed that:unbalanced loading of the mechanism caused huge walking resistance of walking cart during its reciprocating motion;while the motion direction changed,the direction of the walking resistance altered sharply so as to generate tremendous impact loading,which led to the periodical vibration impact of the reclaimer.
