| 摘 要： | 运用目标管理方法分析硫酸成本结构 ,确定了电耗是影响硫酸成本的关键 ,并针对生产工艺特点 ,通过采取维持转化系统自热平衡、加强管理确保生产连续稳定和提高员工节电降成本意识等一系列对策和措施 ,达到降低电耗进而降低生产成本的预期目标 ,取得了良好的经济效益

| Abstract: | It is confirmed that electricity consumption is a key factor of production cost for sulphuric acid,according to the analysis on the production cost configuration with target management method.In order to reducing the energy consumption several measures have been taken including the maintenance of the self heat balance of the transforming system,intensifying management to ensure the continuous stability of the production,raising stuff's consciousness of saving power to reduce the cost.The method proved to be effective. |
