摘    要:采用水热法合成β沸石并进行了表征 ,比较了β沸石标样、自制β沸石和工业β沸石试样的各项物化指标。考察了裂化催化剂中引入 β沸石对催化活性和产品分布的影响 ,对USY沸石与ZSM -5、β沸石两种或多种沸石复配作为活性组分的裂化催化剂进行了较全面的评价和比较。结果表明 :β沸石引入裂化催化剂能明显提高裂化活性并降低积碳的生成 ,能增加异构烯烃 (iC4 =+iC5=)和汽油的产率 ,提高汽油辛烷值。USY、ZSM -5和 β沸石三者复配作为活性组分可提高裂化催化剂的综合指标 ,(iC4 =+iC5=)产率较参比催化剂提高 1 5 0 % ,汽油产品辛烷值 (RON)提高 2 0 5。

Abstract:Zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method using silica as silicon source.The physical & chemical properties of three kinds of β-zeolite including standard sample β-zeolite,lab-synthesized β-zeolite and industrial β-zeolite were investigated in this paper by using XRD,NH 3-TPD,BET,SEM etc.USY zeolite or USY+ZSM-5 zeolites or USY+β zeolites or USY+ZSM-5+β zeolites were used as the active components to make catalysts.The effects of adding β-zeolite on the performances of cracking catalysts were evaluated with micro-reactor method.The effects of β-zeolite on the yield of coke,yield of olefins,composition and RON of gasoline obtained etc were comprehensively analyzed with different methods.The result shows that introduction of β-zeolite can significantly increase the cracking activity of catalysts,increase the yield of ( i C 4 =+ i C 5 =) and the RON of the gasoline obtained,and decrease the yield of coke.With complex catalysts whose active components contain zeolite USY?ZSM-5 and β zeolite in mixed proportions,the RON of the gasoline obtained increases by 2 05 and the yield of ( i C 4 =+ i C 5 =) increases by 1 5 % as compared to USY catalyst.
