口腔扁平苔藓与肝病关系的调查

目的 研究口腔扁平苔藓的发生。发展与肝炎病毒感染之间的关系。方法 对106例肝病患者进行口腔粘膜检查，对60例口腔扁平苔藓患者进行肝炎病毒抗体检测和肝功能检测。并对20例患者血样进行丙型肝炎病毒RNA的PCR检测。结果 106例肝病患者未发现口腔扁平苔藓体征，60例口腔扁平苔藓患者中，乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性7例，未发现丙型肝炎病毒抗体阳性，肝功能正常，口腔扁平苔藓患者丙型肝炎病毒RNA片段PCR检测，未发现阳性。结论 口腔扁平苔藓的发生发展与肝炎病毒感染和肝功能异常没有直接关系。

Investigation of the relation between oral lichen planus and hepatitic diseases

Objective To study the relation of oral lichen planus(OLP)and hepatitic diseases.Methods 106 patients with hepatitic diseases were examined of oral mucous by epidemic investigation.60 patients with oral lichen planus were detected for antigens and antibodys of HBV and HCV in peripheral blood by HCV-RAN polymerase chain reaction.Results OLP was not detected in 106 patients with hepatitic diseases.HCV was not positive in 60 patients with OLP.Conclusion There is no relationship between oral lichen planus and infection of hepatitic viruses.
