| 摘 要： | 我国当前食品安全监管中存在的条块分割、职能交叉、立法滞后以及由此带来的一系列问题使得我国食品安全红灯频闪。合理汲取无缝隙理论的精髓,重建我国食品安全监管体制,实施食品安全无缝隙监管制度,已经成为我国的必然选择。

| Abstract: | A series of problems like departmental and regional barriers, overlapping functions and laggardness of legislation in China＇s food safety supervision system have caused the food safety bogging down in crisis. It is China＇s inevitable choice to absorb the essentiality of seamless theory rationally and re-engineer the current supervision by implementing the seamless supervision system. |
