Synthesis of Li1+2xZn1-xPO4 by Citrate Sol-gel Method and its Ionic Conductivity

Abstract:The samples of Li1+2xZn1-xPO4(x=0,0.1,0.14,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5) were prepared by citrate sol-gel method. The results on structure research show that the system contains several new phases:α-LiZnPO4(x=0),Li9Zn6(PO4)7 (x=0.14) and α-Li4Zn(PO4)2(x=0.5). Formation temperature of the samples prepared by this way was much lower than those prepared by solid state reaction. Ion conductivity of the sample was measured by ac-impedance spectrum, α-LiZnPO4,Li9Zn6(PO4)7 do not appear the property of ion conductivity at room temperature, however, the sample of α-Li4Zn(PO4)2 had a high Li cationic conductivity of 1.66×10-6 s*cm-1 at 25℃.
