| 摘 要： | 介绍了蒸发工段工艺流程，完成了本工段控制系统的软硬件设计，并针对大多数PID参数整定欠佳的缺点，介绍了一种PID参数的自整定方法——改进的A-H法，较好地完成了PID参数的整定，使控制系统处于一种最优工作状态。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technical process of vaporize workstation, and designs the control system of this workstation, including soft and hard ware. Aiming at many PID controller can not work well due to its parameters, this paper introduces a self adjusted PID control modified A-H arithmetic, it can adjust the PID parameters very well, and let the control system be the optimization work state. |
