新疆吐鲁番市煤炭资源开发利用现状及问题分析

介绍了吐鲁番市煤炭资源赋存特点,对吐鲁番市“一区两县”煤炭资源的开发利用现状以及开发利用潜力进行了阐述,通过对吐鲁番市煤炭消费现状和消费预测进行的分析表明,吐鲁番市虽然区域优势明显、煤炭资源丰富,但却存在煤炭产销倒挂、煤炭产业内部发展不均衡不平衡、资源开发不充分、煤炭产业集中度低、先进优质产能占比低等突出问题。针对这些问题,对吐鲁番市煤炭资源开发利用提出以下建议:一是大力支持煤炭、电力、化工等企业共同投资开发煤炭资源,促进不同能源行业之间和上下游行业的融合发展;二是优先建成一批千万吨级示范矿井,提高集约化和优质产能占比;三是加快煤炭开发配套基础设施建设,加强物流基础设施建设。

Analysis on current situation and problems of coal resources development and utilization in Turpan of Xinjiang

The occurrence characteristics of coal resources in Turpan were introduced,the current situation and potential of development and utilization of coal resources in one district and two counties in Turpan were expounded,and the current situation and prediction of coal consumption in Turpan were analyzed,which showed that although Turpan had obvious regional advantages and rich coal resources,there were also some prominent problems,such as upside-down coal production and consumption,unbalanced internal development of coal industry,insufficient development of resources,low coal industry concentration,and low proportion of advanced and high-quality production capacity.In view of the problems,suggestions on the development and utilization of coal resources in Turpan were put forward:firstly,vigorously supporting coal,electric power,chemical and other enterprises to jointly invest in the development of coal resources and promoting the integrated development of different energy industries and upstream and downstream industries;secondly,giving priority to the construction of a number of 10 million ton demonstration mines and improving the proportion of intensive and high-quality production capacity;thirdly,accelerating the construction of supporting infrastructure for coal development and strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure.
