摘    要:在锅炉的热力计算中,应对污染系数ε、热有效系数ψ和利用系数ζ等系数有准确理解。结合干熄焦余热锅炉实际烟气成分和运行实践,采用热有效系数沙ψ污染系数ε分别对各受热部件进行计算,通过对其参数的调整,反映出这些因素对传热系数的影响,提高热力计算的计算精度。同时,分析总结了特性参数调整的原因和规律,对同类余热锅炉的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In the thermal calculation of the boilers, people should understand some kinds of coefficients exactly such as contamination coefficient ε, heat effective coefficient ψ and usage coefficient ξ. Combining with the actual flue gas composition and operation of CDQ waste -heat boiler, we use heat effective coefficient ψ and contamination coefficient ε to carry out the thermal calculation in CDQ boiler. It can improve the accuracy of thermal calculation by adjusting parameters which reflect the influence of heat transfer coefficient. Meanwhile, we analyze and summarize the reasons why the characteristic parameters have been changed, which has a certain realistic meaning to the design of the similar waste-heat boiler.
