摘    要:阐述了三维LDV/APV系统用于测量水喷雾流场特性参数的原理,对降尘喷嘴雾特性参数进行了精确测量。结果表明:喷嘴工作压力增大,雾粒径减小,雾场径向覆盖范围扩大,水雾/含尘空气体积通量加大;旋转射流主体段,轴向速度在径向及轴向衰减平缓,径向及切向速度在径向呈单峰形分布;旋转射流卷吸周围含尘气体的能力增强,降尘效率提高。

Abstract:Principle of the Laser Doppler Velocimetry ( LDV) and Adaptive Phase Doppler Velocimetry( APV) system was summarized and the flow field of water mist produced by dust reduction nozzle was measured. Experiment results show that the particle size of water mist is reduced,the range along radial direction,total volume flux of water mist and air in the jet flow is increased as work pressure of the nozzle increased.
