| 摘 要： | 近年来,鼻腔给药系统已成为制剂学领域研究的重点之一.环糊精（CD）及其衍生物作为一类安全有效的鼻腔制剂附加剂,能明显的促进药物吸收,增加药物的生物利用度.现就环糊精及其衍生物在鼻腔给药系统中的应用、机理、种属差异和毒性等方面进行了综述.

| Abstract: | In resent years, nasal administration has become one of tendencies in the field of pharmaceutics. As one of safe and effective excipients in nasal drug formulations, cyclodextrins can enhance the absorption and the bioavailability of the drugs for nasal delivery. This article reviewed the application, mechanism, interspecies variety and toxicity of cyclodextrins in nasal administration(CD). |
