| 摘 要： | 米糠是稻米加工副产物,产量丰富,但尚未得到充分合理利用。从米糠主要成分、综合利用研究进展2方面对米糠资源进行综述,同时结合实际,对我国米糠资源综合利用未来发展提出意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Rice bran is the by-product of the processing of rice with rich output, but without being utilized properly. The resource of rice bran is summarized in the aspects of the main components and the research progress on its comprehensive utilization. At the same time, some opinions and suggestions on the future development of comprehensive utilization of rice bran resource in China is proposed. |
