沈阳军区总医院口服降糖药用药情况分析

目的：了解沈阳军区总医院3年来门诊口服降糖药的使用情况及趋势。方法：对我院2000～2002年门诊口服降糖药的用药频度、用药金额、每日药费进行统计分析。结果：3年来，口服降糖药用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)均呈大幅增长，口服降糖药中DDDs排序在前的是价廉的药物，用药金额排序为：进口药＞合资药＞国产药。结论：新型降糖药已经被病人接受。尽快提高国产降糖药的疗效、减少其不良反应，迫在眉睫。

The situation of use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region

Objective: To analyze the application and trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the General Hospital of Shengyang Military Region during the period of 2000 2002. Methods: The account and analysis of oral hypoglycemic drugs in frequency of drug use, purchase cost and daily drug expenses (DDE) were performed. Results: During the period of 2000 2002, the purchase cost and frequency of use of oral hypoglycemic drugs increased significantly. At the front ranks of DDDs were cheap drugs. Order of frequency of drug use was as follows: imported drugs>joint venture drugs>domestic drugs. Conclusion: New type oral hypoglycemic drugs have already been accepted by patients. Improving effectiveness of domestic oral hypoglycemic drugs and reducing their side effects are extremely urgent.
