童年创伤与应对方式及自动思维的中介作用

目的:探讨童年创伤与应对方式及自动思维的关系。方法:采用方便抽样,对合肥市精神病医院57例抑郁症患者及来自于该院以及安徽医科大学的54例正常者进行调查,完成童年创伤问卷(CTQ)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)。结果:童年创伤与应对方式及自动思维之间两两显著相关(P<0.05);抑郁症患者组的童年创伤经历消极应对方式,负性自动思维显著高于正常组;中介效应检验分析发现,童年创伤可以通过负性自动思维间接影响消极的应对方式。结论:负性自动思维在童年创伤与消极的应对方式之间起着中介作用。

Relationship between childhood trauma coping style and：Mediation effect of automatic thought

Objective：To explore the relationship among childhood trauma, copying style and automatic thought. Methods：We assessed the dream threat level in 57 patients with depression and 54 healthy controls with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire （CTQ）, Simply Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ）and Automatic Thought Questionnaire （ATQ）. Results.Correlation analysis showed that childhood trauma, copying style and automatic thought were significantly corre- lated（P〈0.05）; Compared with the healthy controls, depression patients had significantly higher the childhood trauma ,the automatic thought and the negative copying style （P〈0.01）;regression analysis indicated automatic thought predicted the negative copying style directly. Conclusions：The childhood trauma and automatic thought could affect the negative copying style,and the automatic thought mediate relationship between the childhood trauma and the negative copying style.
